Enrollment Verification

Enrolled students can download or print their Enrollment Verification Certificate through the National Student Clearinghouse. This is an official document for providing proof of enrollment for insurance or employment needs, federal assistance programs, and loan purposes.

Trident Technical College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification information for enrolled students. Enrollment data is provided to the National Student Clearinghouse several times a semester after the drop period for each term.

To access your enrollment verification information:

  1. Log in to TTC Self-Service.
  2. Click on Academics and then on Enrollment Verification from the dropdown. You will be redirected to the National Student Clearinghouse to make your selection.

If you require an enrollment verification letter on TTC letterhead or have a specific form that needs completion, please contact records@tridenttech.edu from your TTC email address. Include your full name, student ID number, and specific instructions. Be sure to attach any documents that need to be completed. Our office can provide a digital or hard copy of the enrollment letter.
