Trident Technical College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification information for enrolled students. Enrollment data is provided to the National Student Clearinghouse several times a semester after the drop period for each term.

Enrollment status is based upon the number of hours for which you are registered each semester. To be considered a full-time student you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester, and to be considered half-time, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester.

To access your enrollment verification information:

  1. Log in to TTC Self-Service.
  2. Click on Academics and then on Enrollment Verification from the dropdown. You will be redirected to the National Student Clearinghouse to make your selection.

If you require an enrollment verification letter on TTC letterhead or have a specific form that needs completion, please contact records@tridenttech.edu from your TTC email address. Include your full name, student ID number, and specific instructions. Be sure to attach any documents that need to be completed. Our office can provide a digital or hard copy of the enrollment letter.

Please note:
Future enrollment is subject to change pending the drop periods for each term; this is noted on enrollment letters.
In-school deferment requests for lenders cannot be processed until after the drop period for the current term has passed, and are only completed for students registered at least half-time for the semester.
