Relish Restaurant and Cafe are open for guests during the Fall Semester. Relish Cafe will be serving takeout Mondays and Tuesdays during Fall 1 and Monday through Thursday Fall 2. The Relish Restaurant will operate throughout the Fall Semester on Thursdays for an 11:30 a.m. seating. The Relish Restaurant will feature the American Bistro Menu Fall 1 and the Culinary Capstone Menu Fall 2. Reservations can be made at Resy.com or by contacting Relish@tridenttech.edu via email starting on Monday, Aug. 19. Lunch includes three courses and a choice of a basic beverage for $20 plus tax.
