In high school

What made you decide to go to CIC?

Low tuition and great staff in a culinary destination.

What was the most important thing that you learned at CIC?

The importance of creating and maintaining relationships in your field. Networking!

What was your first paid position in your field?

I’ve always worked in food and beverage. I started at 15 as a hostess.

What has been the highlight in your career so far?

My previous employees becoming pastry chefs

What would be your advice for CIC students?

Always ask questions, sit in the front, get involved as much as possible.
