Trident Technical College (TTC) SNAP – Cybersecurity, Networking and Programming Student Club

SNAP is a student organization open to all TTC students regardless of degree or career path. The SNAP chapter’s primary goal is to promote all subjects concerning computer/information technology in today’s workforce and environment. SNAP typically holds meetings during student activity periods, which occur twice a semester.

SNAP strives to develop a better understanding of the nature and functions of information technology; promote sound general principles in information technology; and study technical methods with a view to their improvement and equipment related to information technology. Other goals include to disseminate all fundamentally sound principles and methods of information technology; supply members with information of the most current methods and assist them in solving their individual problems; and foster among students a better understanding of the vital business role of information technology.

Beyond the chapter meetings, SNAP also holds specific meetings for students to enhance their current IT knowledge. There are meetings scheduled during every Student Activity Period. All students are welcome to attend.
