Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act Funding
The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act 2021 (CRRSAA 2021) includes supplemental grants for eligible students enrolled after Dec. 27, 2020. This grant may apply to any component of the cost of attendance, such as tuition, food, housing or child care. This grant is not a loan and will not be considered as part of a student’s financial aid award package for the 2020-21 academic year. Eligible students will receive an email the week of March 22, 2021, with details about the grants and how they will be disbursed.

CRRSAA 2021 provides for another round of student grants that will be disbursed later this spring. The college has not yet received guidance from the U.S. Department of Education about this third round of student grants.
CARES Act Funding for Eligible Students and Institutional Expenses
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, a federal law enacted by Congress, provided funding to assist qualified students in need during the pandemic. The college distributed $3.2 million in CARES Act funding to eligible students. In addition, the college was awarded $3.2 million for allowable institutional expenses.
