Please go to https://onlcourses.tridenttech.edu/d2l/systemCheck to see if your computer passes the Required Systems Check.
NOTE: Although an internet browser may not pass the System Check, it still may work. We strongly recommend using the browser versions listed above.
- To locate your internet browser version, click on "Help" from within that browser's menu bar.
Mobile Recommended Browsers

Hardware Recommendations
Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS X Sierra or higher
Processor: Intel® Dual-Core or higher
RAM: 4GB or higher
Hard Drive: 500 GB recommended
Webcam: Built-in or external required for some courses. Contact your instructor for more details.
Internet Connection: DSL or Cable
Printer: Recommended
Sound Card: Recommended for speakers and headphones
Monitor: 15" monitor (at least 1024x768 resolution recommended)
*Although Chromebooks, tablets and other mobile devices are compatible with D2L, they may not suffice as your primary computing device while completing a course. Many courses require the ability to download and install specific software applications (i.e. Respondus LockDown Browser) which cannot be accomplished on a Chromebook or mobile device.
