The Student Resource Center assists with:
D2L Assistance
If you are having problems figuring out your D2L, let us know. We can look up your classes in D2L and help you find assignments, grades, messages, etc. Please keep in mind that a brand new student does not have access to D2L until a week before your first class begins.
Microsoft Office 365 Access – FREE!
Office 365 Education for Students (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other programs) is available free to students who are enrolled at TTC. You can go to www.office.com/student and use your TTC e-mail address to access the registration.
MyITLab – Registration and Training
MyITLab enables students to be trained and assessed in introductory computer concepts and software performance skills. This session demonstrates how this online Microsoft Office program is used as an online assessment and training tool.
Preparing for Online Learning
Taking your first online classes can seem a bit intimidating. Let us show you tips and strategies for making sure you are successful in your online learning.
South Carolina LIFE Scholarship Assistance
If you are eligible to receive the SC LIFE Scholarship and have questions about the number of credit hours to take, how your SC LIFE GPA can be different from your TTC GPA, how to make sure you can renew the scholarship for your second year, etc., we can help explain all of that to you.
Technology Bootcamp
Being able to access and navigate TTC’s online tools is essential to students’ academic success. This session reviews how to access the my.tridenttech.edu single sign-on student portal, and provide the basics for navigating TTC Express, Desire 2 Learn (D2L) and student email accounts.
Transfer 101
TTC’s transfer program is designed to help students make a seamless transition from one college to another. Knowing the transfer process steps is essential in successfully meeting your transfer goals. We can review the steps of the transfer process, offering instructions in using SC TRAC and university transfer guides.
