Physics

Introductory Physics is a conceptual physics course. This nontransferable course is recommended for students who have never had a physics course, or those who wish to gain more confidence in physics before further study.

College Physics is a two-semester algebra-based transferable sequence of courses. Students who intend to study engineering or physical sciences should take University Physics.

Physics is a three-semester sequence of transferable calculus-based courses. This sequence is intended for students interested in engineering or further study in the fields of physics or chemistry.

All physics courses include exercises in critical thinking and problem solving.

Laboratory exercises are also included in Physics and University Physics courses.
