Astronomy

Astronomy at TTC consists of two transferable introductory courses. Solar System Astronomy covers the sun and planets, and Stellar Astronomy covers stars, galaxies and the universe. Basic algebra is required. Laboratory exercises supplement lecture. Some labs will be performed outside of normal scheduled hours due to the timing of celestial events.
