Palmer Campus
With experienced faculty, classes that fit your life, and a focus on student life and support, you will find you don’t have to leave the peninsula to achieve your educational goals. And if you live on the Sea Islands, you'll find us a convenient, full-service location. Palmer Campus is also a good neighbor to the surrounding Eastside community, helping to preserve and promote its history. Palmer Campus proudly showcases Spa 66, which is open to the public, and programs that include Culinary and Esthetics.
We also offer transitional programs that allow students to enter college through non-traditional routes, thus encouraging people who may not see themselves as potential college students due to the high cost of education to reach their educational goals.
Transfer Programs
Transfer Programs: In close proximity to the College of Charleston, the Citadel, and the Medical University of South Carolina, Palmer Campus provides students with a cost-effective pathway to a four-year college degree through our transfer programs.

Charleston County Early College High School: The Charleston County Early College High School is designed to allow students the opportunity to complete up to two years of college credit while earning a high school diploma as part of a coherent educational program that serves the developmental and intellectual needs of young people.
GED Program
GED Program: The Charleston County Schoool District teaches GED classes on our campus for adults who need a high school diploma and works to transition these students into further education and training.
The Charleston Clemente Course
