Diplomas

Students must complete a Graduation Application to receive their diplomas. If you are in multiple programs, you must complete an application for each program of study. After the semester concludes, we will review your degree evaluation to ensure all required courses have been completed and the GPA requirement has been met.

Diplomas are printed and mailed by Parchment approximately six weeks after the semester ends. Graduates will also receive a free digital version of their diploma, which can be shared on social media, with employers, or downloaded for personal records. Parchment and Trident Technical College will send an email and text with instructions on downloading your digital diploma and verifying your name and mailing address.

Graduates will receive one diploma cover during the graduation ceremony. Additional diploma covers can be purchased through the bookstore. Please resolve any outstanding financial obligations to the College by the end of the semester, as unpaid balances will prevent the issuance of your diploma. You can view your Account Summary here.

Ordering a Replacement Diploma

Starting Feb. 10, 2025, students can order replacement diplomas through the Parchment website. Each replacement diploma costs $20 plus tax. You will receive a printed and digital version of your diploma, which can be shared on social media, with employers, or downloaded for personal records. Parchment and Trident Technical College will send an email and text with instructions on downloading your digital diploma and verifying your name and mailing address.

Please note that diplomas cannot be issued if your account has an outstanding balance. For assistance with resolving outstanding balances, please contact the Business Office at 843-574-6025 or BusinessOffice@tridenttech.edu.
