Antonio Robinson

Antonio Robinson

Antonio Robinson is the director of the TRIO Upward Bound Math and Science Legacy & Dynasty programs, as well as the director of College Mentoring and the director of the Call Me Mister program here at TTC. He is an alum of Upward Bound at Voorhees College. Antonio has worked in education for more than 24 years having taught health science education at the high school level for seven years. As a past president of the South Carolina Trio organization, Antonio currently serves on various committees both regionally and nationally and advises the organization’s leadership as needed. In 2013, he was recognized as one of the Top 40 Business Leaders under Age 40 by the Charleston Area Business Journal. He has a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Charleston Southern University.

LaKeisha Brown

LaKeisha Brown

LaKeisha Brown is the academic coordinator of the TRIO Upward Bound Math and Science Legacy Program. Lakeisha has worked in the medical field as a phlebotomist/lab tech for 11 years but found her passion in advising and working with students.

Lakeisha has been employed with Trident Technical College for the past 12 years where she believes in going above and beyond for the students that she serves. Within her 12-year tenure, Lakeisha has gone from an office assistant to an office manager and is now an academic coordinator. She shares her passion for her beloved TTC and how her students have also motivated her to continue her education journey. Lakeisha obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel and she has two master’s degrees: a master’s in higher education and a master’s in business administration. She is currently enrolled at Liberty University where she is working on obtaining a doctorate in higher education administration: educational leadership.

Leonard T. Montgomery

Leonard Montgomery

Leonard T. Montgomery taught high school mathematics for seven years in the Williamsburg County School District. He is married to Shakeima Montgomery and has two children, Carter (8) and Olivia (4) Montgomery. Leonard is a member of the Delta Rho Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. He earned a bachelor's degree from South Carolina State University and is currently working on a M.S. degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University online. For the past 12 years, Leonard has worked for the federally funded TRIO program. For the past seven years, he has been the academic coordinator for the Trident Technical College Upward Bound Math & Science Legacy program.
