Up to 50% of senior Americans have alcohol related problems - including those living in senior living facilities. This guide explains that substance abuse in seniors can be difficult to detect because many of the symptoms are similar to age-related issues. We seek to increase awareness and understanding of this difficult topic including recognizing the symptoms and how to approach and help seniors.
