BASED ON POLICY NUMBER AND TITLE: 17-4-0 STUDENT AID
PURPOSE: To establish parameters for the Financial Aid Department to defer the payment of tuition and fees in the appropriate instances.
APPROPRIATE DEFERMENT FOR VETERANS
- Veterans who have been approved for Chapter 33/Post 9-11 benefits and veterans who
applied for advance pay through the Veteran’s Assistance office at least 30 days prior
to registration but who, through no fault of their own, did not receive their advance
checks in time for registration.
- Due to the billing cycle of the Veterans Administration, Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation students will have tuition payments deferred.
