Complete Exit Verification Survey

Talent Search and the US Department of Education (DOE) track all Talent Search students for a six-year time period following their exit from the program. This enables Talent Search to stay in contact with its graduates and also helps the DOE measure the effectiveness and success of the Talent Search program. We are asking you to inform our office if any changes are made to your address, phone number(s), email address, or college plans.

We ask that all Talent Search Alumni complete this exit verification survey for program recordkeeping and tracking purposes. All information will be kept confidential from anyone outside of the TTC Talent Search program.
