Beyond that TTC collaborated with the SC Indie Grants program that I was lucky to be asked to be a part of many times, as both a grantee, and a professional collaborator."

They go on tour, and I got with them and keep them fed. Always grateful for my Charleston beginnings. The food scene of Charleston and staff at the Culinary Institute of Charleston helped shape the chef I am today."
