One of the best things about Trident Technical College is the affordable cost of tuition and location close to a prosperous city like Charleston, S.C. Whether you want to earn credits to transfer to a four-year university or increase your employability with in-demand skills, Trident Tech is here for you. The college’s dedication and supportive environment helps prepare students for success and to meet their educational goals. I feel grateful to be a part of the recruiting team to share what your community college has to offer and to help students succeed at TTC.

The thing I appreciate most about Trident Tech is the affordability of tuition. Tuition, in most cases, is half the cost of four-year colleges and sometimes a third the cost. So, if someone is looking at pursuing a four-year degree, he/she will save a lot of money by starting at Trident first, then transferring. This leads to another thing that I really appreciate about Trident – transferability. Our classes will easily transfer to other institutions, especially within South Carolina. Lastly, students may complete degrees and certificates at Trident which can make them immediately employable. Contact me and we can discuss how Trident can benefit you!

When I was a student at Trident Technical College, I really enjoyed the interaction with the friendly instructors and appreciated their willingness to help me succeed in my classes and with my personal goals. In addition to having great instructors, the resources that are available to all students at TTC played a big part in making my experience one that is worth sharing with the community. Now as a College Recruiter for TTC, the most gratifying part of my job is to be able to help potential students as they follow their dreams of pursuing a college education.

Once I left the military, I knew I wanted to complete my degree with the skillset the military taught me. Attending TTC took that skill set one step further and made me feel like I could succeed at anything. I just needed my advisor to help ignite my flame and take those next steps. She also guided me years later in reaching my education goal of obtaining my bachelor’s degree. Today, as the Workforce Military Recruiter I want to give back by providing the resources and knowledge to make a smooth transition into post-secondary education for my fellow comrades and their family members.

Trident Tech holds a special place in my heart for many reasons. The college offers a variety of programs that cater to many different career paths. The campus atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant and has a strong sense of community. I love the fact that I was able to start here as a student and have since become part of the recruitment team where I can help other students achieve their goals.
