PURPOSE:  To explain Trident Technical College's process for providing educational opportunities for retraining under Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Program for disabled veterans.

A veteran may apply under Chapter 31 for vocational rehabilitation training as a disabled veteran using VA Form 28-1900, online at https://www.va.gov/careers-employment/vocational-rehabilitation/how-to-apply/
