You Belong Here
We want you to be a Trident Tech student!
Here’s how to get started.
1. Apply to the college (its free!) and submit any required admission materials. Be sure to visit the my.tridenttech.edu portal frequently once you receive your login credentials.
Whoever you are, there’s a helpful checklist for you!
- First-Time Freshman
- First-Time Transfer
- Military/Veterans
- International Student
- Returning Student (Readmit)
- Transient/Visiting Student (Non-Degree)
- High School Student
- Continuing Education
- Senior Citizen
2. Get help paying for college. To start, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and provide any additional materials as directed. IMPORTANT: Use the school code 004920 so TTC receives your FAFSA information. Submitting a FAFSA is the starting point for most types of financial assistance. Check the financial aid target date for each semester to stay on track!
3. Get plugged in. Attend new-student orientation, either in person or online. You will be invited by email once you have submitted all required admission items. This session will prepare you for success at TTC.
4. Curate your schedule. Register for classes with help from your success coach or advisor, and buy your books.
5. Lock it in! Pay tuition and fees by the payment deadline, before the semester begins. If you have tuition and fees not covered by financial aid, you can sign up for a tuition payment plan to help spread out payments.
6. Attend class and have a great semester!
