Join Culinary Institute of Charleston chef instructors in Trident Tech's teaching kitchens for fun and exciting single day courses exploring a wide array of culinary themes. Classes are offered in North Charleston at Thornley Campus and in Downtown Charleston at Palmer Campus.

Chinese Food Classics

Join our Chinese Cooking Class and explore the bold flavors and techniques of traditional Chinese cuisine! Learn to stir-fry, steam, and fold dumplings like a pro—all while enjoying a fun, hands-on culinary experience. No experience needed; just bring your curiosity and appetite! This class is designed for students 15 years old and up!
