Play a crucial role in helping others

Occupational therapy assistants play a crucial role in helping individuals regain or maintain the skills needed for daily living activities.

Occupational therapy assistants work with adults, adolescents and children with a variety of physical, mental or developmental impairments under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist. Occupational therapy assistants work in a variety of settings that include hospitals, home health agencies, private practices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, mental health clinics and public school systems. At TTC, students gain the knowledge and skills needed to be occupational therapy practitioners through class and lab work, as well as hands-on training in clinical settings.

Prepare to be an occupational therapy assistant in just two years.
