Trident Technical College has been recognized by Military Times in its “Best for Vets 2025: Colleges,” the largest and most comprehensive annual list recognizing the top colleges and universities for military service members and veterans.
Each year, Military Times surveys colleges and universities nationwide to evaluate their veteran-focused programs. These survey responses, along with public data sourced from the Department of Education and Department of Veterans Affairs, undergo a rigorous analysis by the Military Times data team to produce a trusted, unbiased ranking. This year, 357 schools made the list, demonstrating their commitment to supporting the military community in their educational journeys.
TTC offers military-connected students several resources. TTC’s Veterans Assistance Office assists veterans, service members and dependents with applying for educational benefits, gives instructions on getting benefits started at TTC (in-house paperwork), and answers questions regarding academic progress and Title VI and State funding. Trident Tech also has a VETS Center on Thornley Campus, a dedicated space for active-duty and veteran students to study, relax and meet others with a military background.
