The Area Commission recognizes that the Trident Technical College Foundation assists
Trident Technical College in meeting its resource needs. The Area Commission Chairman
and the President of the college serve on the Foundation Board of Trustees as ex-officio
members without vote. Area Commissioners are invited to the Foundation’s quarterly
meetings and receive annual reports and other information on a regular basis.
