Your Next Steps: Pay Tuition and Fees after Registration
Once you have registered for Spring Semester 2026, please follow these next steps to pay your tuition and fees by Jan. 22, 2026.
1. Complete and submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). If you submit after the target date of
Nov. 12, 2025, you may not have financial aid in place by the tuition and fee payment
due date.
FAFSA success tips:
- When finishing your FAFSA, make sure you click the “submit” button and not just the “save” button.
- Include TTC’s school code on your FAFSA (004920). This important step means TTC will get your information.
- If you don’t receive an email from FAFSA stating that your application has been processed, log in to the FAFSA website to see what is needed.
- Any follow-up information needed by TTC will be sent to your TTC email and shown in Student Self-Service.
2. Visit my.tridenttech.edu > Student Self-Service > Student Account to view your balance due. Any financial aid awards will appear in Student Self-Service.
3. Sign up for a tuition payment plan. The earlier you sign up, the more you can spread your payments. If not using a payment plan, visit Student Self-Service to pay. If your balance is more than $200, you will not be able to register for the next semester.

Tuition and fee payment due for Spring 1, Spring Full, and Spring 2. Please pay your
tuition and fees by this date.

- If you have already submitted your FAFSA, and you need assistance with financial aid, including the SCWINS scholarship, contact the Financial Aid and Veterans Assistance Office at financial.aid@tridenttech.edu or 843-574-6110.
- If you have submitted your VA request for enrollment certification and have questions about your veterans educational benefits, contact Veterans Assistance at veteransassistance@tridenttech.edu or 843-574-6105.
- For questions about your balance, making a payment or enrolling in the payment plan, contact BusinessOperations@tridenttech.edu or 843-574-6025.
NOTE: The tuition and fee payment due date does not apply to Dual Enrollment students.
