Your Next Steps: Get Ready to Pay Tuition and Fees after Registration

Once you have registered for Fall Semester 2025, please follow these next steps to successfully begin your semester:

  1. Complete and submit the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). If you submit after the target date of July 23, 2025, you may not have financial aid in place by the tuition and fee payment due date of Aug. 27.
    • Get help with your FAFSA! Contact the Educational Opportunity Center at eoc@tridenttech.edu or 843.574.6430.

    • If you have already submitted your FAFSA, and you need assistance with financial aid, including the SCWINS scholarship, contact the Financial Aid and Veterans Assistance Office at financial.aid@tridenttech.edu or 843.574.6110.

    • If you have submitted your VA request for enrollment certification and have questions about your veterans educational benefits, contact Veterans Assistance at veteransassistance@tridenttech.edu or 843.574.6105.

    • For questions about your balance, making a payment or enrolling in the payment plan, contact BusinessOperations@tridenttech.edu or 843.574.6025.

  2. Visit my.tridenttech.edu > Self-Service Tile> Student Self-Service Live > Student Finance to view your balance due and financial aid awards.

  3. Finalize financial aid, sign up for a tuition payment plan or make full payment in Student Self-Service by Aug. 27. Please pay your balance before the due date. If your balance is more than $200, you will not be able to register for the next semester.
Important dates for Fall Semester 2025

July 23, 2025: Target date to submit your FAFSA. If you submit after this date, you may not have financial aid in place by the tuition and fee payment due date of Aug. 27.

Aug. 27, 2025: Tuition and fee payment due for Fall Full, Fall 1, Fall 2, and Minimesters A, B, C and D. Please pay your balance by this date.

Oct. 24, 2025: Tuition and fee payment due if enrolled for Fall 2, Minimesters C and/or D only. Please pay your balance by this date.

NOTE: These tuition and fee payment due dates do not apply to Dual Enrollment students.
