Faced with unprecedented challenges, Trident Tech's leadership team has gone to great lengths to ensure that the college continues to fulfill its core mission to serve as a catalyst for personal, community and economic development by empowering people through education and training. This has required the college to consolidate certain academic and career training programs and discontinue others. One such area of programming that has been put on hold is Trident Tech’s noncredit youth programs. As of January 2021, all open enrollment noncredit youth weekend classes and weeklong spring break camps and summer camps have been canceled. Trident Tech hopes to be able to resume providing noncredit youth programming in the future, once it becomes feasible to do so again.
