This course introduces learners to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Work with the AWS building blocks, gain hands-on experience with core services such as EC2, and study differences in the cloud services including security, roles and responsibilities. This course provides a hands-on approach and techniques associated with the cybersecurity practice known as penetration testing or ethical hacking. The course content covers planning, reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, post-exploitation and result reporting. This lab-based experience provides an understanding of the fundamental threat vectors and exploitation techniques used to penetrate systems and networks. CompTIA Security+ Certification, Cyber and Network Security

This course provides the fundamentals of computer and network security, and prepares you for the CompTIA Security+ exam. We review material related to computer security concepts, network communications security, infrastructure security, cryptography and operational/organizational security. Learners gain hands-on skills and knowledge in capturing, analyzing and generating IP traffic, how to exploit protocol weaknesses and examine defensive solutions. Database Management Systems

Get hands-on experience with traditional relational database management systems (RDBMS). Write structured query language (SQL) used to create, read, update and delete (CRUD) records and operate databases. HTML and CSS

Need a new website? This hands-on course teaches you how to code your own site using hypertext markup language (HTML) and cascading style sheets (CSS). Get a good foundation on the use of HTML tags and CSS and their relationship to the visual layout of webpages in the browser window. Write solid HTML that works in all browsers. Students use the appropriate tools to make hand-coding an enjoyable task while learning the tips and concepts of good webpage design and construction. Build upon a basic understanding of HTML and create a multi-level website. Create efficient HTML templates that can be reused and modified as a means of reducing costs. Then dive deeper into CSS to learn how powerful styles can be. Prerequisite: Students are encouraged to take Photoshop for the Web before enrolling in this course; Book included

JavaScript

JavaScript is an ideal programming language to use for your first steps in programming. JavaScript allows programmers the capability of enhancing HTML and CSS webpages by adding interactivity and other various concepts. Learn how to create functions, objects, variables and scripts that allow for basic interactivity. A good grasp of HTML and CSS is required. Continue on to learn the document object model, creating and responding to custom events as well as exploring JavaScript and cookies. Then move on to explore Ajax, the creation of

This course provides tricks and tips for making a visually cohesive web design as well as planning a web layout and creating elements needed for the implementation of your vision.
