ASBESTOS INITIAL AND REFRESHER COURSES

Asbestos courses offered through TTC meet all requirements for SCDHEC licensing and EPA AHERA/ASHARA accreditation. Initial courses may be required for workers involved with repair and maintenance activities that may disturb asbestos containing materials or building materials that are presumed to contain asbestos during their normal work activities. Refresher classes are also available for workers to keep their licensing up-to-date.

HAZWOPER INITIAL AND REFRESHER COURSES

24-hour and 40-hour initial training courses are available as well as the 8-hour refresher. HAZWOPER training is required for employees visiting an uncontrolled hazardous waste operation mandated by the government. Materials included

OSHA GENERAL INDUSTRY SAFETY

10-hour and 30-hour general industry safety training courses are available. The 10-hour course is for entry-level workers and provides general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards in a general industry setting. The 30-hour course is a comprehensive safety program designed for general industry workers and supervisors. Specifically devised for safety directors, foremen and field supervisors, the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. Materials included
