Electrical Basics for Homeowners

An electrical basics guide for beginners and do-it-yourself homeowners covers electrical safety, tools, devices and supplies. It covers topics in relationship to new construction, additions, renovations and remodels. In order to learn how to do any electrical project, you first need to know the basics.

Licensed Electrical Contractor Exam Preparation

Train to become a South Carolina-licensed electrician. Course topics include the national electrical code, general electrical knowledge, electrical power, grounding, service and branch circuits, conductors, lighting and safety. Supervisory Skills for Construction

The program was created for people with a background in construction looking to advance their construction supervisory skills. Construction supervision requires a wide variety of skills including: people skills (effective leadership, accident prevention, and clear communication), technical skills (planning, scheduling, cost control and productivity improvements), and management skills (project management, contract and document comprehension and complex problem-solving).
