Admission Requirements
Students who are at least 18 years old and have acceptable scores from the SAT, ACT or placement test can be admitted into this program without a high school diploma or GED. Students must hold a valid SC driver’s license, be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, and not have any CDL disqualifying violations. South Carolina CDL skills testing will be administered by a South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicle (SCDMV) examiner or by TTC’s state certified CDL examiner at the Berkeley Campus.
