Computer Engineering Transfer Program - The Citadel

This is a transfer opportunity for students who desire to transfer to The Citadel in computer engineering. An articulation agreement between The Citadel and TTC allows students to enroll at TTC with the following courses approved for transfer to The Citadel. The purpose of this agreement is to provide courses at TTC equivalent to the lower division requirements of The Citadel’s Department of Engineering to promote access to and facilitate the transfer of TTC’s students into The Citadel’s BS in Computer Engineering program.

*Students may choose to take HIS 101, HIS 102, HIS 104, HIS 105, and HIS 202 in lieu of HIS 201. HIS 201 is recommended if student does not take PSC 201 to satisfy the social science requirement (see advisor for details).

**All courses on this list are acceptable for the social science requirement at The Citadel with the exception of GEO 102. PSC 201 is recommended if student does not take HIS 201 for the history requirement (see advisor for details).

Students who complete each 2+2 program course at TTC with a grade of C or higher and who maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 are eligible to apply for admission to The Citadel Graduate College Computer Engineering program. This application must be accompanied by a letter of transmittal from TTC’s 2+2 advisor. Formal application must be made through The Citadel Graduate College. Upon completion of the above program, the student will have earned an associate in science degree as well as the appropriate engineering transfer certificate.

Admission Requirements

Admission into this program requires proof of high school graduation (or GED) and qualifying placement levels.
