RESPONSIBILITY

Academic Divisions are responsible for the preparation of the semester schedule.  The administrative specialists copy the course schedules from the last comparable semester and distribute them to department heads for revision.  Administrative specialists enter changes received from department heads and forward final schedules for each department to the Director of Instructional Services.  It is the responsibility of each department head to assure the total accuracy of the course information provided to the Director of Instructional Services.  The department heads may include only those courses approved for the TTC catalog.

The Director of Instructional Services reviews the classes submitted and publishes the schedule to an internal schedule proofing website. Academic Divisions review and submit final revisions to their classes via the schedule proofing website. The Director of Instructional Services approves any draft changes and publishes the schedule to the TTC online course search prior to the start of registration.
