Program Overview

NCPDLP at TTC

Trident Technical College is honored to be among the institutions of higher education which have been selected as Navy Distance Learning Program partners. This program is designed to assist every sailor in obtaining a college degree while in the Navy anywhere around the world. We will work with you to maximize your transfer credits and earn an associate degree through web-based distance learning. Each  degree can be completed entirely online.

TTC offers students opportunities to pursue the following academic programs. Click on the appropriate link below to view information about a specific program.

Associate in Arts

Associate in Applied Science (AAS) – This degree is offered with program specialization in the areas listed below:

You can use your military training and experience to maximize your transfer credits to fulfill degree requirements. We accept ACE recommended credit for military training and we grant credit for selected  College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) examinations, Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) DSST examinations, Excelsior College with satisfactory scores.    

Courses are offered during the following timeframes:

14-week fall and spring terms
9-week summer terms

TTC is a member of the Servicemembers Opportunity College-Navy (SOCNAV). Trident Technical College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees, diplomas and certificates.
