• From the Health and Wellness Center homepage go to Quick start and select Medical Dictionary.
• Type in the terms you want to search.  You may be specific or type in part of the term and check the button that says "Terms contains."

The resulting list of matches will appear.  Chose the term you want from the list.  Each reference will contain:

• Pronunciation of the term
• Etymology of the origin of the term
• Definition of the term
• Other spellings for the term

RETRIEVAL OPTIONS

• Print - made available for printing.  Click the "Ok" button to begin printing.
• Email - Send full-text articles, summaries, source information, etc to an email account.

For additional HELP and other features (i.e. advanced searching), click HELP on the menu located in the top margin.
