Multiple audio-visual instructional capabilities included in this area provide a unique training laboratory for the food service industry.

The 50-seat dining room lab is adjacent to and served by the student-run international production kitchen. The dining lab will provide advanced students with training opportunities in restaurant operations, including fine dining, banquet and buffet service.
