  • How long are the associate degree programs?
    You can earn an associate degree in just two years in Culinary Arts Technology (70 credit hours) with a focus on Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, or Sports and Health Nutrition or an associate degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management (69 credit hours).
  • How long are the certificate programs?
    You can earn certificates in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Sports and Health Nutrition, Event Management, Hotel Operations, or Food and Beverage Operations in a minimum of two semesters (18-24 credit hours).
