 DROP OFF AND PICK-UP

DROP OFF: 
  • Parents must escort their children to the classroom and sign them in everyday.

  • Campers should arrive on campus no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the camp.

  • Campers arriving earlier will not be supervised, and parents must accept full responsibility for their behavior and safety.

  • Teenagers driving to camp will be required to sign themselves in and out.

PICK-UP:

  • Parents should pick up their child at the designated classroom at noon for the 8:30 a.m.-noon classes. If campers are not picked up by 12:15 p.m., they will be escorted to the supervised lunchroom. A late fee of $15 for each 15 minutes will be charged for campers remaining after 12:15 p.m. Please allow ample time for traffic and weather, and if you're going to be late, call 574.6152.

  • Parents should pick up their child promptly at 4:30 p.m. for the 1-4:30 p.m. classes. If campers are not picked up by 4:45 p.m., they will be escorted to the supervised lunchroom. A late fee of $15 for each 15 minutes will be charged for campers remaining after 4:45 p.m. Please allow ample time for traffic and weather, and if you're going to be late, call 574.6152.

  • Teenagers driving to camp will be required to sign themselves in and out.

  • EARLY PICK-UP: Please notify staff at check-in.


CHANGING CAMPS DURING THE DAY:

  • Campers changing buildings during the day will be escorted by a TTC staff member.
