Jobs in the apartment, housing and resort industry are in demand. In cooperation with local employers and Trident One Stop Career Center, Trident Technical College offers a new Facility Maintenance Technician training program.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Classes are available during day/evening hours.
• Testing and training are free for qualified trainees.
• Tobacco and drug-free environment – drug screening is required.
• All shifts may be required for employment.
• Candidates must consent to SLED check.
• Candidates will be interviewed prior to entering the training program.
• You must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Attendance and performance during training will be used for employment recommendations.
• Successful completion of the training program carries no obligation to accept any offer of employment, nor is an offer guaranteed.
• Successful graduates of the training program will be guaranteed a job interview upon successful completion of the training program.
