Leadership Fundamentals Certification Program 
Each of the five courses is an integral part of the Certificate Program for Managers. This program is designed to improve your interpersonal and supervisory skills in an environment that encourages learning and participation. This unit is an introduction to the other core courses and should be completed first. Fostering Open, Honest and Effective Communication
