Hazardous Materials Responder Annual Refresher (Hazwoper and Hazmat)
This eight-hour refresher training program includes updates of state and federal regulations, site entry and control, case studies, decontamination, hazardous materials chemistry, identification, handling and emergency response procedures. Additional topics are biohazards, risk assessments, risk management plans, medical surveillance and exposure guidelines. Safety Director
This is an online, instructor-facilitated course that assists new and experienced safety directors to improve their skills. Through readings, Web searches, online discussions and other directed activities, improve your understanding of safety in the industry, including OSHA requirements. You complete a major project such as developing and presenting a safety training or written company policy for one or more topics in this course. At completion, you will be able to conduct a hazards assessment, identify strategies to deal with hazards, identify relevant safety training issues and deliver safety training.
