Basic Nursing Care Skills
This course introduces basic nursing care skills, which are applied in long-term care. Students successfully completing this course are eligible to take the exam to become a certified Nursing Assistant.

   PreReq:

Acceptance into the NA Level, CPR certification, physical examination and all required immunizations/tests including the Hepatitis B vaccine series, major medical insurance, drug screen, criminal background check and mandatory in-service requirements. Clinical requirements must not expire during the semester in which the course is taken.
