Welding Gas Tungsten Arc
Certificate: Industrial Technology
Credit Requirements: 24 Semester Credit Hours
Spring Semester Start
This certificate teaches beginning and intermediate welding students the principles and practices of gas tungsten arc welding carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal, plate and tubing. Admission into this program requires qualifying scores on SAT, ACT or TTC’s placement test. High school graduation is not required if you are at least 18 years old. Students can enter the certificate program in any semester.
