Land Development Technology

Certificate: Engineering Technology
Credit Requirements: 19 Semester Credit Hours

This certificate follows the Surveying certificate and allows a student to select courses that will enhance the possibility of progression in the land development career field. It includes boundary law, subdivision design, water and sewer design, and highway design. Completion of this certificate will satisfy the 12-credit requirement for survey licensing in South Carolina.

For admission to this program, you must complete the Surveying certificate program.
