Mental Health Promotion This course focuses on the development of the relationship skills necessary for the nurse to function as a therapeutic provider when caring for the individual with common mental health problems. |

| PreReq: | Acceptance into the ADN Level, successful completion of ADN-level Dosage Calculation Proficiency or AHS 129, BIO 210, BIO 211, NUR 209 or NUR 201, ENG 101, PSY 201, PSY 203, CPT 101, completion of a PN program, CPR certification, physical examination and all required immunizations/tests including the Hepatitis B vaccine series, major medical insurance and mandatory inservice requirements. Clinical requirements must not expire during the semester in which the course is taken. | |||||
