The Industrial Maintenance program prepares students for employment in commercial and industrial building and plant maintenance. This program is designed to teach basic skills required for maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and electrical systems.

Admission into this program requires qualifying scores on SAT, ACT or TTC’s placement test. High school graduation is not required if you are at least 18 years old.
