The forms listed below cannot be submitted through Web. To complete the form: print the form and fill it out. To submit the form to TTC: 

  1. Drop the form off at the Registrar's office (Main Campus) or Admissions offices (Berkeley or Palmer Campuses).
    • If you are submitting a Transcript Request Form for TTC Transcripts, take your form first to the Business office to submit payment for transcript copies.
  2. Mail the form to Trident Technical College, RG-M, P.O.Box 118067, Charleston, SC 29423-8067
    • If you are submitting a Transcript Request Form for TTC Transcripts, please attach a check with your Transcript Request Form.
  3. or, Fax the form to 843.574.6503
    • If you are submitting a Transcript Request Form for TTC Transcripts, please attach a check with your Transcript Request Form.

    Effective May 1, 2009 TTC will charge $5.00 per transcript.
