Quality Standards	21.1.1 Instructors will complete a teaching styles inventory and be aware of their approaches to the delivery of instructional materials. 21.1.2 Instructors will know how to utilize their teaching style(s) to maximize learning in their students.
Educational Value	21.2 Instructors collecting data from a variety of sources in order to evaluate how well their course is being taught
Quality Standards	21.2.1 Instructors will analyze the total exam and the individual questions to determine if they are evaluating student learning accurately and consistently. 21.2.2 Instructors will collect feedback from students regarding the instructor’s performance in the course. 21.2.3 Instructors will work with their department head or designee to evaluate how well their courses are being taught. 21.2.4 Peer evaluations will be performed when requested by instructors and approved by department heads.
