Rococo Bakery LLC Scholarship Fund

 

Establishled by Bernd and Armin Gronert, master confectioners and former owners of Rococo Bakery, and continued by David Theim, the Fund benefits students enrolled in the Baking and Pastry program at the Culinary Institute of Charleston.

Eligibility Criteria: To be considered for this scholarship, an applicant:

1)      must be a returning or continuing student;

2)      must be enrolled in the Baking and Pastry certificate program;

4)      must enroll in and maintain at least six credit hours;

5)      must have completed at least six credit hours; and

6)      must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.

Essay Requirement:  Applicants are required to provide a brief statement explaining why the applicant should receive this scholarship.  Instructions for submitting the essay will be provided during the application process.

Award amount/use: Award of up to $500  for tuition, books, required course materials and equipment.
