Student Eligibility: New, returning or continuing students are eligible to apply.

To qualify: Student must be pursuing an Associate Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Environmental Engineering Technology.  Student must be a South Carolina resident and must have and maintain a grade point average of not less than a 3.0. While not required, it is the desire of the Water Environment Association of South Carolina that the recipient be a second-year student or a first year student who is a member of the Association and who is employed as a water or wastewater operator certified by the South Carolina Environmental Certification Board.
