If the browser tune-up does not resolve your issues, send a message to webcthelp@tridenttech.edu or call (843) 574-6522.
Be specific in your description of the problem. Send the following information:
- Your first and last names.
- The last 4 digits of your social security number.
- The online course(s) you are enrolled in.
- The operating system and service pack level you are using
(for example, Windows 2000, SP3, Windows 98, Windows XP, etc.)
- The browser and service pack you are using
(for example, Netscape 7.0, Internet Explorer 5.5, SP2, IE 6, SP1, etc.)
- The exact wording or screen print of the error message you receive
