If you have never taken a class at Trident Tech, then you will need to complete an admissions application.
If you have not taken a class at Trident Tech in the past 3 semesters, then you will need to complete a Student Update Form.
 
Cross Registration Student
If you are attending Charleston Southern University, College of Charleston, The Medical University of South Carolina or The Citadel and wish to enroll at TTC, you are a "cross registration" student. Complete a Cross Registration form from your current institution, and obtain the appropriate signatures before you come to TTC. Bring the completed form to the Registrar's office/Information counter on Main Campus, Building 410.
 
Transient Student
If you are attending another college and want to take a class to transfer to your current institution, then you are a "transient" student.  In order to register you will need a: 

• Transient From - This can be obtained from the Registrar at your current school.  It will indicate the course you will be taking at TTC. 

     or

• Official or Unofficial Transcript· -The transcript will be used to verify that you have completed pre-requisites for the courses you wish to register for at TTC.

Non-degree Student
To register for classes for personal enrichment or as a non-degree student, you must provide evidence that you have the required pre-requisite skills for that class.  So you can:

• Bring a student copy of your transcript from your previous college.  This will be used to verify that you have completed pre-requisites for course(s) you wish to register for at TTC.

     or

•  You may show that you satisfy reading, English, or mathematics pre-requisites by supplying us with standardized testing data (example: SAT scores) or by taking TTC's Placement Test.
